What is the difference between a first-login guarantee and a warranty period?
Understand first-login coverage and time-limited after-sales support so you do not miss the deadline or submit the wrong evidence.
Updated: October 4, 2026First-login guarantee
A first-login guarantee usually covers incorrect credentials, an account already disabled at delivery, or a mismatch with stated specifications. Problems after a successful sign-in may not be covered.
Warranty period
The warranty period is the deadline for an after-sales request, such as one or twelve hours. The product page defines when it begins and what is covered.
Keep evidence
- Complete the first check within the stated period.
- Keep the product ID, order ID and delivery time.
- Capture the complete error screen, not an unidentifiable fragment.
- Do not expose credentials, 2FA secrets or other sensitive data.
Check the product terms before requesting support
After-sales deadlines and coverage vary by product. Review the description shown at purchase, then submit the order ID, product ID, time of the issue and complete error screen so support can check the original terms.
